Anyone will benefit from this training – whether it is a refresher session for experienced care or enrolled nursing staff or a prompt to determine where your new staff may need more education. This broad ranging but concise presentation covers many topics not included in a standard manual handling presentation.
We also find that care staff compliance increases with explanation and understanding – if they know why you want to undertake or monitor a task, and they are comfortable in their ability to do so, they are more likely to comply!
